What is is all about?
If you have a bun in the oven or you are in the preconception phase and preparing your bun, this course is for you!
We cover a range of topics.
Right through from the stages of pregnancy, care providers and how to choose them, tests and scans you will be offered, what your booking in visit might look like, fetal movements and even planning for your postpartum.
This course is designed to show you all of your options, help you navigate your journey and make informed and evidence based decisions.
And even better, we will provide you with an evidence based resource folder to help guide your decision making throughout pregnancy.
